    Theatrical cartoon short

Rudolph's first screen appearance came in 1947, in the form of a cartoon short produced by Max Fleischer for the Jam Handy Corporation, that was more faithful to May's original story than Marks' song (which had not then yet been written). It was reissued in 1948 with the song added.

    Frosty the Snowman TV program

In 1969, the Rankin-Bass company, in association with Mushi Production of Japan, produced a thirty-minute animated television special of Frosty the Snowman that featured the voices of comedians Jimmy Durante as narrator and Jackie Vernon as the title character. This was a story based on the discovery of Frosty the Snowman. Three sequels were produced, Frosty's Winter Wonderland (based upon the song "Winter Wonderland") in 1976, in which Frosty got married, and Rudolph and Frosty's Christmas in July in 1979, followed by The Legend of Frosty the Snowman in 2005. A derivative work, Frosty Returns, was broadcast on CBS in 1992.

Virgin Atlantic The idea, according to their website, is that "puking in dull bags can no longer be accepted, imagine your delight when you discover the receptacle you are about to puke into is of the highest pedigree . . . how much happier you would be handing the steaming bag over to the hostess. . ." Uh, yeah. Whatever, man.

    What Do You Know, Joe?

Which airline sponsored a design contest for air sickness bags, known as "Design for Chunks"?

    A. Air Moldova
    B. Qatar Airways
    C. Egyptair
    D. Virgin Atlantic

Last Posts Answer: D. Pups will be weaned faster: Megabats generally have pups 12% of their body size, and microbats give birth to pups about a quarter (25%) of their body size. That would be like an average woman giving birth to a 35 pound child! The reason for giving birth to such large pups serves a great purpose; weaning times are far less. A bat needs to grow up and eat solid food quickly, and as soon as the bat can fly, it is time to move on to solids. The bigger the pup starts out, the less time it will take for it to actually be able to fly.

In the painting "Bird", what type of animal is the foetus inside of the bird?

A Cat. Painted in 1928. He glued sand and gravel to this painting which gives it an almost fossilized kind of look. It was influenced by Max Ernst.
