A Spanish breed of pig called the Iberico, possesses, naturally, omega-3 fatty acids. This is the only pig known to naturally possess omega-3. Also, quite recently at the University of Missouri, 5 cloned and modified pigs were produced with their muscle tissue stacked with omega-3 fatty acids. These modified pigs abide at the University of Missouri and are kept in very nice surroundings. There is little likelihood of any one them ever finding their way to our table. We love piggies at Mostly Trivial, so we dont eat them!
