Eat Healthier!
...and stop eating so much (splitting meals is a good start), and start walking, would ya? The South Beach Diet is a one-size-fits-all diet that completely ignores the fact that we have different genetic requirements for optimal health ... one-size-fits-all diets never work for all, or even close to all. Because of their biochemistry, some people actually need a high carb diet (with limited or no grains), while others require the low-carb, high-protein diet that Dr. Atkinson advocates. What do you know, Joe? If you're on a diet and grocery shopping, what one piece of nutrition information from the box should you pay the most attention to?A. Fat B. Protein C. Calories D. Choose VERY wisely Grasshopper
Chop, Chop! The name Cato seems to be based on Kato, the partner of the Green Hornet. He was played by Burt Kwouk. Kwouk was also considered for a part in the 2006 revival, but was overlooked in favour of Jackie Chan. Ultimately the character was scrapped completely when French actor Jean Reno took on the role of Clouseau's partner. In the new film, it is Clouseau who attacks Reno's character, and who always loses the fight."What do you know, Joe? 2. How much was Bruce Lee paid per episode for his role of 'Kato'?A. $400 B. $5,000 C. $10,000 Answers in the next show. Last Post Answer: It a distress signal.
